Order cancellation:
The order can be changed
or cancelled within 10 business days (5 days for
greeting card orders) after the order date. All
cancellation after 10 days (5 days for greeting card
orders) from order date subjects to penalty of up to 20%
face order value. The order cannot be changed or
cancelled after 20 business days (10 days for greeting
card orders) of the order date.
Payment: We
accept VISA CARD, MASTER CARD, money order, cashier
check or business check. We will ship within 48 hours
upon payment receipt.
Shipping: Method
of shipping will be determined at Finger Dance
discretion. You must explicitly make shipping request in
order for us to change shipping method such as shipping
provider and/or combination shipping. Finger Dance’s
responsibility ends when shipment is accepted by
carrier. All Finger Dance shipments are insured. It is
customer’s responsibility (as consignee) to file any
claim. We will assist you in every possible way in
collecting claims or replacement of items damaged or
lost. You must initiate any claims for damaged or
missing items immediately with the carrier.
Exchange/Return policy:
Finger Dance offers 30 days
return/exchange policy if our products do not meet your
expectation. Please contact us for Return Merchandise
Authorization.
Steps to take at time of delivery to
protect against loss of missing items:

Verify count:
We will notify you number of cartons and number of
items in each carton immediately after shipment left
our warehouse. Make sure you are receiving as many
cartons as listed. If you discover any shortage,
have the driver noted the shortage on your copy of
delivery receipt.

You
should carefully examine each carton for damaged or
missing items.
IF A CARTON SHOWS ANY
INDICATION (DENTS, TEARS, SCRAPES, RE-TAPED SEAMS,
ETC) THAT THE CONTENTS INSIDE MAY POSSIBLY BE
DAMAGED, INSIST THAT IT BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY. BOTH
YOU AND THE DRIVER SHOULD MAKE JOINT INSPECTION OF
THE CONTENTS. Any concealed damage
discovered should likewise be noted on the delivery
receipt and on your copy. Be sure to retain your
copy.

Immediately
after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for
concealed damages.
Steps to take when damages or missing
items are discovered:

Retain damaged
carton. Do not discard any container or inner
packing materials until an inspection is made by the
carrier’s inspector.

Immediately
upon damages are discovered, call carrier to report
damage and request an inspection. Do not put off
longer than 15 days after delivery or it will
results in the carrier denying your claim.

For your own
protection, make sure all calls are confirmed to the
carrier in writing.
